I’m Iyanah Paris, CoFounder of UGT, entrepreneur, and CEO of Grace Under Fire. I’m passionate about empowering women through unity, grace, and tenacity — the very pillars that define our UGT sisterhood.  

With a background in fashion business management, I bring my entrepreneurial spirit to both Grace Under Fire and UGT, creating spaces where women can overcome challenges, grow personally and professionally, and embrace their full potential.  

At UGT, we celebrate the strength found in community and support one another to rise higher. Together with my cofounder, Sakeenah Hylton, we’re building a sisterhood dedicated to selfdiscovery, empowerment, and unforgettable adventures.

Over the past year, I decided to embrace more travel in my life, chasing breathtaking views and unforgettable experiences. UGT has been the perfect outlet, giving me the chance to step away from the everyday hustle and focus on self-care and adventure.
